Job Description:

This business are a small business who have expanded massively over the past 5 years and have a modern and diverse work environment, this company are not your typical contact centre, they do not work on quantity, its all about the quality and the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers who have recently enquired about insurance and finalising the sale
  • Taking incoming calls from prospective customers who are enquiring about a quotation received online
  • Contacting customers who have submitted their details online regarding insurance
  • Managing both outbound and inbound calls
  • Delivering excellent customer service on every call received
  • Advising on a wide range of products to find the best solution for each client
  • General administration and information sharing within the teams
  • Working towards KPI’s

Job Requirements:

  • Sales experience and a desire to work in a telephone sales environment
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience working in a contact centre based role and keen to develop their skills in a new business
  • Have experience working in an FCA regulated environment
  • Confident, helpful and personable character
  • Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
  • Please note only candidates with experience working in FCA regulated businesses will be considered for this role-
