Job Description:
The role of the Anti-Fraud Specialist is to utilize insights from data and trends for the development of Anti-Fraud controls and reporting tolls support the business and minimize the risk and revenue loss
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper assessment and qualification of all projects, products & services that impact VF Egypt business and revenues.
- Responsible for detecting, analysis, reporting & preventing/minimizing any internal fraud resulting from process/system gaps incidents and take the needed actions.
- Ensure Fraud free approval authority of all gifts, promos, free items and giveaways given to customers or employees through raffle, or competition under Egyptian law related to ministry of social affairs.
Job Requirements:
- Main responsibility is to protect VF-EG against any subscription Fraud that might lead to the increase of VF-EG bad debt or revenue loss, and from using VF-EG name by external parties to conduct Fraud using VF-EG services.
- Ensure proper assessment and qualification of all projects, products & services that impact VF Egypt business and revenues.
- Responsible for detecting, analysis, reporting & preventing/minimizing any internal fraud resulting from process/system gaps incidents and take the needed actions.
- Ensure Fraud free approval authority of all gifts, promos, free items and giveaways given to customers or employees through raffle, or competition under Egyptian law related to ministry of social affairs.
