This role is part of a centralised Service Management team within Technology _VOIS RO. The Service Compliance team is responsible for setting up and leading the overall governance for IT Business Services Compliance, initially for Platinum Application Services.
- Ensure timely, regular and consistent communication to all stakeholders – business lines, technology, management.
- Take ownership of responsibility in proactively looking for ways to improve processes; build connections between stakeholders, look for opportunities to enhance reporting
- Accurate, timely and relevant management reports containing consistent data
- Demonstrated ongoing governance reviews and refreshes to maintain relevance
- Engaging with subject matter experts on the assessment of Services against compliance requirements
- Organising annual reviews of Compliance and Data standards
- Working alongside Service Enablement to ensure new services meet the required standards
- Managing Senior Management Review Boards
