Job Description:
To manage the Payments and Claims due to Trade Partners when Vodacom’s goods and Services are sold to our subscribers .
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Callidus system changes and improvement initiatives.
- To drive greater SQL adoption within the Dealer Commissions’ environment so that standard daily, weekly and monthly reporting can be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
- To automate manually intensive processes so that business processes are automated at the source, e.g. National Chains TPI, Dealer
- Amendments. and New Dealer ID’s, Digital Remedy, manual store bases, Transfer of Ownership, National Chains CUP and VAT files, Qliksense Reporting.
- To ensure FinOps reimbursement processes are adhered to when new products/tariffs/processes are implemented by the business.
- To timeously prepare, review, and maintain all SOX-related controls/documents.
- Unpaid Reporting – To carry out daily management of Unpaid Transactions including bulk corrections, process improvements, reporting for to be sent to various stakeholders, system enhancements as and when required.
- To manage the Remedy Digital Workplace process so that all queries/claims as resolved are timeously updated/feedback provided to Trade Partners.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in TPI System and Payments
- Experience in dealing with Internal and External Parties to resolve queries
- Problem resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
- Experience in dealing with Exec Heads, Managing Executives & other key stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills
- 3+ years years of Dealer Commissions experience
- 3+ years years Month-end Reporting experience
- Matric – essential
- A diploma/Degree in Accounting would be an advantage
- Time Management Skills
