Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of the projects/ programmer from brief/ business case through to entry into service/ handover. The role is to be the focal point and area of expertise for stakeholder engagement and resolution of day-to-day actions as part of the project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Where necessary, manage the design process and activities of the design team
• Support brief/ business case development with SME and Investment Planning Team Support appropriate project approvals and documentation
• Responsible for activities post go live to ensure compliance with the Client’s governance
• Conduct project reporting as per the Client’s governance within specified tools and timeframes
• Single point of contact for the project
• Support in benefit realization, as required
• Conduct project lessons learned
• Agree project scope, purpose, estimated costs/ timelines
• Ensure all the governance processes are adhered to within the project delivery
• Manage project delivery at all stages, inclusive of any changes/ variations
• Provide appropriate reporting (e.g. cost, schedule, risks) to ensure transparent communication
