Job Description:
Support the Life operations of the company in the Gulf Region. This cover Group life, Credit Life, Individual Life as well as Group Savings and Individual Savings across Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Policy issuance and endorsements, Policy booking
- Other departments of the company (life operation teams located in other countries, IT, claims, finance etc.)
- Daily processes
- Policy cancellation and refund
- Customer Queries
- Reconciliation, reporting and log maintenance
- Clients (corporate and individual)
- Administration tasks – perform and manage all activities link to:
- Coordination / managing the relation whenever required with:
- Claims endorsements
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in life and savings operations
- Good in dealing with customers
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Knowledge of Life products and processes
- Experience in any Life Administration System
- Thirst for knowledge and the ability to apply laterally this knowledge in the work.
- Strong focus on service delivery
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written, reporting, and verbal communication skills
- Good time management
- Intermediary MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook skills
- Ability to apply administration principals and work with detail and a high level of accuracy
