Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and energetic Visual Merchandise Coordinator to join our marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with suppliers on developing existing and new VM equipment and collateral
- Train with a “hands-on” approach to strategic new store openings
- Assist with new store opening hardware, layout, and plans
- Coordinate all props and fixtures for new store openings to ensure all new stores are visually complete prior to opening, by communicating with the field teams; ensuring brand–right execution
- Create background research on the latest store design trends
- Coordinate elements and components required for promotions, campaigns, store openings, etc.
- Accountable for the layout to supporting the procurement of VM equipment
- Build a strong partnership with group store development (GSD)
- Complete clear and detailed communication of seasonal, tactical promotions, and window campaigns to stores of various tiers
- Ad-hoc presentation and facilitation of seasonal housing workshops
- Conduct trend and fashion related research and updates
- Support the window implementation, in-store merchandising, and assembling of marketing materials
- Window and In-store display mock-ups and tests
- Plan and support new store openings
Job Requirements:
- Deadline orientated and the ability to handle pressure
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer-centricity
- Facilitation skills
- 5+ years’ Head Office Visual Merchandising experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Efficient use of (Apple Mac) DTP system and Adobe CS6 – InDesign
- The ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Effective organization skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Marketing Diploma / Degree
