Job Description:

MR D Food, a 100% subsidiary of takealot.com, is looking for a talented, motivated and results-oriented Restaurant Support Associate to join our team in Durban.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with all device-related queries from restaurant partners
• Effectively troubleshoot device issues
• Manage device collections, repairs and replacements
• Provide guidance to restaurant partners with regards to device care
• Assist with Inventory Management
• Ensure device issues are resolved timeously
• Assist with delivering marketing material to various restaurants when required
• Train restaurant staff on device use

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office suite
• Hands-on and technically minded.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions
• Able to work with limited supervision
• Ability to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own transport
• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
• Experience in device management and/or ecommerce
• Competence in MS Office Suite
