Job Description:
Swindon Museums are seeking customer focused Visitor Experience Assistants (Casual) with experience working in a visitor environment to join our professional teams at Museum of the Great Western Railway & Lydiard House Museum.
The successful candidates will undertake all aspects of visitor experience to provide an excellent customer focussed frontline service for all museum visitors, general, schools, events and corporate
You will be responsible for ensuring that: the visit meets customers’ highest expectations; you follow all systems in terms of H&S, security, financial and customer care.
The successful candidates will not have set hours as this is a casual role. Shifts offered will include ordinary day-time shifts as well as weekend and evening work to support the Museum programme across Swindon
