To leverage and optimise resources, business and operational risk, and market potential, to maximise SE business growth and retention Job Requirements: BCOM business related qualification Leadership and management skills training e.g. Management Development Programme, Leadership Development Programme is an advantage Experience in negotiation skills and conflict handling. Minimum of 6-8 years’ general banking experience of which 2-3 years need to have been in leadership role within the business banking. Experience in writing motivating and concluding complex lending deals for small business customers Experience in dealing with business customers at all levels and in managing business relationships. People management experience in leading teams and motivating people.
