Job Description:

  • To support the Regional Manager to drive and deliver a value adding sales solution and service platform directed by the Small Enterprise (SE) value proposition, that will grow and retain high value business.
  • To integrate and align the Small Enterprise segment within the Regional value chain management platform, to ensure shared accountability for sustainable business growth and employee/customer retention.
  • To leverage and optimise resources, business and operational risk, and market potential, to maximise SE business growth and retention

Job Requirements:

  • BCOM business related qualification
  • Leadership and management skills training e.g. Management Development Programme, Leadership Development Programme is an advantage
  • Experience in negotiation skills and conflict handling.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ general banking experience of which 2-3 years need to have been in leadership role within the business banking.
  • Experience in writing motivating and concluding complex lending deals for small business customers
  • Experience in dealing with business customers at all levels and in managing business relationships.
  • People management experience in leading teams and motivating people.
