Job Requirements:

• This is achieved through spot-checks, auto-QC tools, and full assessments
• The team deal with technical queries from clients both internal and external to the business – all with the goal of ensuring the audio and video quality meets the standard expected from a premium content provider and delivering the best customer experience possible
• Errors must be swiftly investigated, identifying the causes and recommending solutions
• You will also need to write pertinent and comprehensible reports documenting your findings
• This position is with the Media QA team whose responsibilities include the quality assurance of up to 300 hours of VOD & OTT content each day
