Job Responsibilities:
- Configuration and maintenance of customer journeys across all our contact channels
- Provide 2ND Line support for the contact centre estate
- Ensure real time monitoring and reporting is maintained for all changes
- Creating and maintaining change documentation and process guides
- Work with stakeholders to help define estimates and schedules for changes to be taken through the environments
- A technical understanding of customer journey workflows to provide the best customer experience
- Adaptable to change and the ability to promote new ideas
- Experienced in working in a dynamic, fast paced team which involves multiple work-streams
- Strong analytical skills, applicable to complex contact solutions
- The ability to communicate and influence at all levels
