Job Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and maintenance of customer journeys across all our contact channels
  • Provide 2ND Line support for the contact centre estate
  • Ensure real time monitoring and reporting is maintained for all changes
  • Creating and maintaining change documentation and process guides
  • Work with stakeholders to help define estimates and schedules for changes to be taken through the environments
  • A technical understanding of customer journey workflows to provide the best customer experience
  • Adaptable to change and the ability to promote new ideas
  • Experienced in working in a dynamic, fast paced team which involves multiple work-streams
  • Strong analytical skills, applicable to complex contact solutions
  • The ability to communicate and influence at all levels
