Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing engineering technical service specific to their trade plumbing in the operation area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile accurate shift/work order reports
• Compile accurate shift/work order reports
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly requirements and priorities with clerk of works and estate maintenance coordinator
• Ensure that all planned maintenance schedules are accurately completed
• Ensure that all work conducted is performed to required standards and specifications
• Communicate to relevant people regarding defects, problems, and equipment maintenance requirements
• Ensure correct utilization of tools and equipment to complete tasks
• Prevent any pollution of water by ensuring that all wastewater pipes, channels, and sumps are maintained

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Artisan Trade Certificate
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Plumber
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• English literate
• Valid code 8 driver’s license
