Job Responsibilities: Lead Scrum meetings and workshops Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles and dependency management Coaching team members in Agile best practices Guide Scrum and Kanban teams Help Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests Help teams to maximize the delivered value Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Measure to improve with Agile metrics Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
