Within SBS, the NEO Global Business Unit is in charge of developing, commercializing and operating the Digital Banking Suite (DBS), ie. the front-end customer-facing engagement products (web, mobile, other digital channels). NEO is one of the most strategic initiatives of SBS and thus will benefit from a very substantial program of investments in the next few years. Located in Dubai we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master.
Job Responsibilities:
- You support and guide the teams for best practices that increase overall efficiency in their way of working.
- You are a change agent and actively participate in the further development of our organisation.
- You support the teams and organisation for Product Releases and its activities.
- You support the organisation on applying Scaled Agile frameworks for continuous collaboration and transparency.
- You act as a coach for all teams and organization by ensuring that Agile practices is essence of their work life and implemented in correct way.
- You support development teams as a Scrum-Master for introducing and establishing Agile processes, in particular for Scrum and Kanban.
- You assist and support Product Owners and Development Teams to create and organize the backlog.
- You organize and facilitate Product based workshops (Grand Retrospective, Monthly Review etc..)
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach. CSM or PSM certification is a plus.
- Degree in Technology or Computer Science or related field is preferred although relevant experience is also valuable.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence.
- Experience supporting multiple Scrum Teams.
- Practical experience and preferably certification with Scaled Agile frameworks, like SAFe, LeSS or Nexus.
- Excellent virtual and in-person facilitation skills with expertise in designing structured and engaging meetings and workshops.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methods like: Defining User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Delivery, Pair Programming, Automated Testing.
