Job Description:
Within the Onshore Division of Saipem SpA and in particular in the Procurement department dedicated to the purchase of machines, packages and ovens, the position sought includes the following activities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the purchase order
- Conduct commercial / economic negotiation
- Develop proposals for possible purchasing strategies always aimed at the best possible result
- Propose, based on the experience gained, different methods or approaches in order to improve the outcome of the tender
- Follow and negotiate, if necessary, the purchase of order revisions Interested in the availability of suppliers depending on the geographical area and participate in cognitive and / or updating meetings.
- Prepare the tabulation of the commercial / economic offers in order to compare the different proposals and suggest the most appropriate actions to be taken to improve the result of the offer and / or select the supplier (order splitting etc.)
Job Requirements:
- The required profile is completed by the expression of analytical, negotiation, problem solving and result orientation skills.
- Requirement of SAP is an essential requirement
- knowledge of the English language is an indispensable requirement (upper Intermediate)
