Job Description:

This is a rotational program. Candidates MUST be willing to relocate to any of the following locations: Mt. Vernon, IN (Evansville); Burkville, AL (Montgomery); Selkirk, NY (Albany); Ottawa, IL (Chicago); Columbus, IN; Bay St. Louis, MS; AND be willing to move between these locations at least once in 2 years. This position requires 100% mobility to move 1-2 times in the first 2 yrs.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Top university talent with co-op or internship experience
• A minimum of a four-year technical degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred) with a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA
• Strong Communication skills
• Project Management skills
• Excellent analytical and process skills
• Ability to integrate company values into work
• Self-directed and able to learn quickly
