Job Description:
If you are looking to develop your corporate experience and strategic planning skills then this secondment opportunity is for you.
In this role you will be developing and co-ordinate strategic business development processes for the Council, including corporate planning and performance management and leading on the development of the Council’s adopted performance management software and to act as the client for the Council in negotiating with supplier.
It will involve liaising across directorates and providing regular reports to Directors and senior Councillors on performance.
You will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and aptitude; and be able to demonstrate strategic planning and implementation skills and experience, including the ability to produce reports and briefings targeted at senior managers and councillors.
