Job Description:
As Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for a department in the store – including commercial planning, stock management, sales, planograms, and visual impact.
You’ll also allocate tasks to Retail Assistants in your department daily, develop their skills and keep them motivated and engaged. We’ll also need you to manage till areas as required – making sure all customers have an excellent experience.
This is an excellent step up for anyone with previous leadership experience of some kind. We’ll provide you with a tailored development programme and all the support you need for you to make your Primark.
