As a People & Culture Supervisor, you’ll be working in a team to provide administrative and advisory support across all elements of HR. In a busy store, every day will be different providing you with challenge and reward in equal measure.
As a key member of the team, your positivity and resilience will empower others and show a determination to achieve results so you’ll need to be an excellent organiser and be able to inspire, motivate, lead and coach.
Within the role you’ll be covering recruitment, induction, training, payroll, employee relations, and helping to build a great culture throughout the store. Experience in some of these elements is essential, and a CIPD or similar qualification will pop your application to the top of the pile. We also offer training to achieve a CIPD qualification with us if you’re successful.
As a retailer that trades 7 days per week, we’ll be looking for flexibility in when you can work. Our rotas are based on working 5 days out of 7, so there will be regular weekend working.
