Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with any reminders/final reminders in a timely manner to avoid further action
  • Ensuring all out going post is sent out on a daily basis in accordance with department SLA
  • Contributing to the teams’ performance, ensuring no backlogs occur and that the Department Manager / Team Leader are fully informed of all potential problem situations
  • Attend regular meetings with suppliers to discuss their debt portfolio
  • Be able to build an ongoing relationship with your portfolio of suppliers to the benefit of the relationship with JLL
  • Role encompasses elements of Supplier reconciliation role
  • To work alongside core JLL suppliers reconciling their debt
  • To ensure that all invoice queries are actioned promptly, fully documented and followed up
  • Ensure all invoices are presented correctly in accordance with the RICS requirements
  • To complete processing on your portfolio of suppliers and to assist the wider AP team as a point of contact for a given supplier
  • To assist with the teams processing targets, ensuring they are met on a daily / weekly basis
  • Deal with adhoc queries as necessary
  • To reconcile supplier statements as directed by department Team Leader or Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Presentable, a good communicator and the ability to work in a team is extremely important
  • Experience of both an office environment is preferred
  • Experience of a property environment is desirable
  • Good Keyboard and data entry skills essential
  • Experience of using computer based systems essential
