Our client is a specialist provider in interior design and shop fitting services to companies in the leisure industry. Having been established for over 20 years and have a great reputation in the area.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will be assisting with the following:
- Inputting new client details onto the system.
- Answering calls and transferring as required.
- General data input.
- Preparing the post in and out of the company.
- Filing and phot-copying.
- Other duties as required.
We are looking for someone available at short notice and able to commit to a temporary contract for 4- 8 weeks,someone with office administration experience and with great attention to detail.
