Job Description:
As the sole agency supplier to the HM Prison Service for the provision of maintenance trades and support operatives. Hays is seeking to recruit a Full Time Cleaner for HMP Moorland in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the prison service and can often lead to permanent opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
The main responsibility for this role is to be part of a cleaning team covering all staff and visitor areas of the prison.
- Working to Prison standards using correct equipment
- Cleaning office areas, gatehouse / entrance areas, corridors and visitor areas of the prison
- Ensuring no security practices are breached within the Prison.
Job Requirements:
- You must hold a valid passport or Full Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence in your current address.
- You must be able to pass a full prison security clearance and enhanced DBS (if required)
- You must have proof of National Insurance AND proof of address dated in the past 3 months.
- (Hays and the MOJ are responsible for organising all security clearances and DBS’)
