Direct Financial Advice is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to build a new team selling OM Funeral protection. You’ll need to build and drive a new team using our new distribution model. Associates are non-employees but are mandated to sell our products. It’s a new approach for the current times. Associates use our model to generate a 2nd income; a side-hustle; or maybe they are multipreneurs. They work part-time to earn extra income and reach their goals and use social media and their personal networks to market themselves.
- Responsible for external networking & relationship building with key door openers.
- Ensures delivery of customer value.
- Accountable for local marketing.
- Identifies & creates coordinated sales opportunities.
- Manages sales budget for a Direct Financial Advice sales team against set targets.
- Responsible for distribution strategy of products within a branch.
- Manages, develops, appoints & trains sales advisors.
- Must have passed the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager could be beneficial.
- Matric certificate
- Certificate in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification with 120 relevant credits at a minimum NQF Level 5.
