Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming goods, loading and offloading of trucks and stacks
• Ensure all transactions are done on the system (Barcoding & JDE)
• Daily maintenance checks on forklift and complete relevant checklist
• Reconcile stock levels
• Stock counts with investigation
• Ensure ongoing production by supplying Raws and RPM to production
• Ensure compliance to safety standards
• Adherence to policies and practices
• Monitor off-site warehouse quantities
• Monitor shipping progress and expected arrivals
• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Valid code 8 driver’s license
• Valid forklift license 16T
• Sound knowledge of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Operations
• Minimum 3 years’ material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be computer literate – experience in JDE, Barcode, working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Strong customer focus
• Strong numerical orientated
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Be analytical and a good problem solver
• Should able to work under pressure
