Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who has graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work min 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a bank of consistently laid out job descriptions for the Digital functions to allow for business title/ leveling harmony across L’Oreal USA.
- Administrative and compliance duties such as managing employee files and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and complete employee records, organizational charts, applicant flow records, announcements etc
- Extracting, auditing, reconciling and analyzing data across L’Oreal USA and specific CDMO (Chief Digital Marketing Office) Dashboards.
- HR Generalist duties for Junior Management Associates for CDMO which include onboarding new employees, managing HR workflows, facilitating employee moves, organizing new hires for orientation, preparing organizational charts, managing, and analyzing HR reports, prepping meeting materials, maintaining HR records, managing applicant flow and the interview process for junior Digital Talent.
- Contribute to establishing a process to maintain data integrity across the Onedigital HR community
- Support the deployment of multiple projects across the OneDigital HR community. You will have the opportunity to take ownership across multiples projects while being supervised by your manager.
- Collaborate with HR People Analytics team to establish and analyze a Onedigital DE&I dashboard

- Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months OR must have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last 12 months with no gap more than 5 months in education history
- Have demonstrated use or interest for analytical skills – both using tools (ex. Excel, Business Objects, etc.) and problem solving/critical thinking skills
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling, and task management required
