Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the development of recruitment strategies to deliver engaging employer proposition to position the company as an Employer of Choice.
• Develop long term TA strategy by having strong talent pipelines, build effective talent pool, perform market mapping and proactively drive talent acquisition activities to support business development
• Partner with local business leaders and corporate office on workforce planning to establish and implement effective performance measurements, refine the work flow to fulfil the manpower needs of the firm in an efficient and effective manner
• Responsible to formulate and implement HR strategy on employer branding, talent acquisition, engagement and management with local relevancy and the mission of customer centricity, integrity and people focused
