Job Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Proven delivery track record in business analysis and business type initiatives such as operations excellence, continuous process improvement & cost reduction initiatives, roll-out of new tools or services, business requirements definition
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client service skills
- Managing business change projects, with a particular focus on organisational design, communications, stakeholder engagement and training
- Coach business leads to use the change methodology and tools to support business transformation as required
- Utilising your extensive experience in facilitating workshops across all levels of an organisation
- Leading and working in a team environment where you will multi-task, support junior colleagues and produce quality deliverables on time
- Develop strategic employee communication plan, reviewing all literature for distribution and determining delivery channels
