Job Description: KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice. Job Responsibilities: Leverage runbooks and standard operating procedures to resolve functional application issue and perform Initial Diagnosis on Incidents using documented and acquired application knowledge and basic troubleshooting and conduct log analysis Communicate moderately complex or technical information effectively in both oral and written form Create and log Problem Records for all Incidents where a Root Cause Analysis and remediation is required to fulfill service requests including running ad-hoc reports, user provisioning, configure templates Augment the knowledge base by associ General understanding of application arch itectures and SaaS delivery model, navigating through Windows and Unix based OS Knowledge of ITIL components and service desk operations; familiarity of public cloud environments like AWS, Azure is preferred Understanding of collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, operational metrics, SLAs, KPIs Experienced with writing and utilizing Knowledge Base articles/ SOPs, Application Support, configurations and troubleshooting, ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy Job Details: Company: KPMG Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here jobstrivia.net/
