Job Description

• Good in team management, have to drive a team of 4 to 10 staff in the branch
• Fully responsible for Branch P & L – revenue & cost
• Job Location is for new / upcoming branches in / around Kolkata & suburbs.
• Handle all the activities of a new Branch with strong leadership skills and service
• Existing BMs in other peer Banks within 35 years of age is preferred.
• Local candidates with sound knowledge of the market will be preferred.
• Sales generation – CASA & Third Party Wealth Products
• Customer Service Delivery & Operations management to be key deliverables.
• Responsible for Branch Banking & HNI segment.
