Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coaching/facilitation of Engineering learners
• Develop Engineering personnel by means of theoretical and practical evaluation.
• Submit reports and keep records of all assessment activities completed.
• Conduct theoretical facilitation and practical assessments to determine level of competency.
• Responsible for all standards and processes related to training required by different Glencore operations.
• Ensure that training equipment are maintained in good state by conducting inspections and safety audits in area of responsibility.
• Design and develop Learning material as required, for continual improvement of set processes and procedures.
