Job Description:
Manage the physical flows (goods reception, warehousing, inventory, line replenishment, packaging, shipping and reverse logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction (material availability), while contributing to profitability improvement in logistic costs
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure key users are in place to support critical processes and users (training, data corrections, system KPIs…)
- Ensure implementation of all standard processes & golden rules in compliance with Logistic Handbook
- Manage Warehousing (incl Line replenishment) and Logistics activities in coordination with local Operations
- Develop Logistic performance through the improvement of warehouse(s) processes, competencies and KPI in coordination with local operations to support the following objectives:
- Ensure the ERP solution is implemented, correctly used and guarantee the master data quality
- Ensure optimization of warehousing, packaging and physical flow according to Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles
- Eliminate downtime and improve efficiencies
- Measure and challenge the performance of the Warehouse activities
- Ensure that employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Manage inventory accuracy in warehouse
Job Requirements:
- Similar experience of 5-8 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Analytical
- Sound knowledge of Industrial and Supply chain processes
- Proven project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
- Degree in Supply chain or any related field
- Excellent and concise communication and leadership skills
- Active team player, deadline driven, process driven
- Proven industrial (labour) relations experience
