Job Description:
Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of an investment and risk advisory practice
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently within agreed timelines
- Maintenance of administration on all products, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Be the face and contact for the office of the Financial Advisor and manage existing client’s interactions
- Maximise cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Check all transactions on a daily basis to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines
- Provide accurate and reliable reporting
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification : Grade 12
- Experience : 1 to 3 years experience in a similar environment. Administrative experience. Investment and insurance risk industry exposure. Computer literacy (MS Office)
