Job Description:

This position will advance the evolution of the Permian’s Digital Transformation including development of Operations IT (OIT) Analytics, Visualizations and Tools to achieve Business Unit Objectives. The candidate will have the opportunity to immerse into Permian Field Operations (IC&E and Production) to further understand Unconventional processes, equipment, data sources and opportunities for solutions using applications such as Ignition, SeeQ and others – create and maintain dashboards to visualize, analyze and integrate. This knowledge will help IT better service our Unconventional customers in future assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Immerse into Permian Field Operations (IC&E and Production) to further understand Unconventional processes, equipment, data sources and opportunities for solutions
• Conduct research and determine strategic roadmap for Power Digital Transformation and IOT AI
• Understand applicable data analytics tools and applications – create and maintain dashboards to visualize, analyze and integrate Power usage, cost, and savings
• Advance the evolution of the Permian’s Digital Transformation including development of Operations IT (OIT) Analytics, Visualizations and
• Tools to achieve Business Unit Objectives
• Coordinate and further refine ongoing development with other Digital Teams
• Enable Power systems monitoring/analytics for Transmission, Substations, and Distribution networks and equipment

Job Requirements:

• Must possess superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of managing large scale, complex engineering projects
• Experience with electrical solutions, architecture, and technology
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• BS in Electrical Engineering, or related work experience
• Proven team leader and contributor, able to work effectively with multiple customers at any given time
• Ability to work in fast paced, rapidly developing environments
• Familiar with metric driven processes to drive system development and ensure customer and project requirements are accepted and satisfied
