Be theinternal & external expert for the segment, bringing external best practice from global market leaders & tailoring them for the UAE market to maximize segment Revenue from full customer life cycle (IBRO management)
- Plan and execute campaigns across the entireCustomer Life cycle
- Generatedeep insights from the target customer base to design new propositions for both Telco & non-Telco services
- Design segment specific strategic as well as operational roadmaps based on overall company strategy, ensuring prioritization across the business
- Lead cross-functional teams todeliver superior customer experience for the segment
- Lead and coach the White Collar Segment team members developing a high performing team
- Lead the “White Collar” Segment, the largest consumer segment to Etisalat business, as full P&L to achieve the agreed goals and establish a very successful business development
- Creates a superior value proposition and customer experience for this segment
- Execute sales strategy incl. promotion activities for consumer segment and transforms it into tangible sales activities; proposes activities to Channel Management Consumer/ SMB.
- Work closely with Sales to meet the acquisition targets across products, segments and channels.
- Work closely with the CVM and NBA teams in designing and executing BTL campaigns to maximize share of wallet (Up & cross-selling)
- Work closely with the CVM and Retention teams in designing and executing prevention, retention and winback propositions and campaigns to minimize outflow.
- Work closely with the Marcom team in designing and distribution of BTL material in relevant channels to optimize the reach to targets segments
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in marketing
