Job Description:

As a Healthtech and Solutions business, Amplify Health’s focus is to build a range of health technology assets and provide its intellectual property and expertise to AIA’s rapidly growing health insurance businesses across the region. The new business will also deliver its health- and wellness-insuretech services to third party businesses throughout Asia including other payors, hospital and other healthcare providers and governments. Amplify Health will provide specialised services including digital capability and product design and management, claims management, provider enablement, data analytics, and the Vitality wellness programme.

Job Responsibilities:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization developer is responsible for building, implementing, and supporting Microsoft PowerBI solutions on prem and on Azure. The right individual will possess experience in all stages of BI project work from backend database to front end visualization. The BI individual should have a firm grasp of BI implementation methodologies and will have had in-depth experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Analysis Service). To qualify the candidate should possess the following:

• Present Installation Package – explain documents, SLA’s as well as roles and responsibilities to broker and employer.
• Present admin changes – explain documents, rate change, issue minutes and processes.
• SC to monitor or communicate progress / feedback or resolution regarding query to client / broker or Franchise.
• SC to arrange meeting or courtesy call to ensure escalation is addressed
• SC to resolve these with the assistance of the relevant team member.
• SC to regularly visit the broker / client for feedback as agreed per SLA
• Represent the retirement fund business and address all gaps and concerns relating to the business
• To present and review admin reports for broker and trustee meetings
• SC assist broker/Client with web functionality and drive usage
• SC to meet with Franchise to address any queries on their portfolios as and when necessary.
• SC to ensure meetings are arranged with all brokers and employers where applicable during the course of the year
• All meetings must be minuted and saved on the Drive.

Job Requirements:

• Analysis and Communication Skills
• Data gathering, research and analytical abilities to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions to address user needs
• Creative visualization of data using various components in PowerBI
• Relational database SQL Server, Synapse experience plus Data Lake Gen2
• Azure analysis services tabular models and SSAS MOLAP cubes
• Dimensional modelling skills
• 5 to 15 years of relevant experience is preferred
• PowerBI on Cloud and on Prem
• Client engagement to define business problem
• Honours or Master’s degree in BSc Computer Science or Btech in IT
• Experience working on large and complex datasets
• DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD experience
• Report development
• Data Storytelling to solve a business problem using data
• Expert database knowledge in SQL, DAX, and experience with MS Azure
• Modern Azure datawarehouse design skills
• Strong communicator verbally and in writing
• AWS experience
