Job Responsibilities:

  • Thereafter responsible for training and deployment and continually improving effectiveness, working across BT Consumer at Senior Management, to influence change.
  • Establishes and leads the development of tools and standards to support new TOM including owning the relationship with third party suppliers of PPM software
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the approach and tools to support transformation delivery across the whole of the Consumer organisation
  • The role holder will own evolving the Consumer framework – ‘Tempo’ and associated processes and tools, ensuring fitness for use in an Agile world.
