We are currently looking to recruit to our Direct Service’s Team Manager position. The successful post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the Council’s Reablement Team, Home Care Team and Domiciliary Care Teams within two Extra Care Housing Schemes.
As this post is responsible for regulated services the successful post holder will required to register with the Care Quality Commission. We are looking for someone who is self motivated with the drive to deliver excellent services to the residents of Bedford Borough. You will need excellent communication skills as well as a high level of competence in this specialist area.
Proof of Covid vaccination status
This role requires the post holder to be vaccinated with the complete course of a Covid-19 vaccine, unless medically exempt.
If you are not currently vaccinated, but intend to have the vaccine, you may still apply for the role but will not be able to start until evidence of full vaccination or medical exemption is provided.
