Job Description:

We are currently looking to recruit to our Team Manager over our Physical Disabilities, Occupational Therapy and Sensory Needs Teams.

The successful post holder will be responsible for the operational management of each team ensuring effective service delivery to the highest professional standard.

You will be required to hold a professional qualification and the corresponding professional registration. We are looking for someone who is self motivated with the drive to deliver excellent services to the residents of Bedford Borough. You will need excellent communication skills as well as a high level of competence in these specialist areas.

The post you are applying for is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions, adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not “protected” as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
