Job Description:
We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Residential Worker who holds substantial experience of working with children with disabilities and are over twenty two years of age.
We are looking for people who will develop and sustain excellent relationships with children and young people in achieving positive outcomes. The successful post holder will work within a five bedded residential short breaks home for children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs between the ages of seven to eighteen years. The post will be a zero hour contract on an as and when needed basis to supplement the existing team. Shifts will include a combination of weekends, early mornings, evening and waking nights.
We will support your continued professional development. The candidate would also ideally have the skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages and clearly demonstrate administration skills.
