Campus Recruiting is a specialist area within Recruitment. We are currently recruiting a Campus Recruiter to support all Service Groups within Accenture across the Middle East region. The aim of the organisation is to hire the best graduate entry level talent for the firm in a competitive environment.

Job Requirements:

• Compile data and analyse campus trends.
• Identify various opportunities and develop new ideas that will contribute to innovating the Campus offering.
• Manage acceptance/decline process in line with approved hiring numbers.
• Design program content with Program Sponsors, Managers and the Training team.
• Coordination of the summer/final year internship programs.
• Align recruitment with firm’s diversity objectives.
• Engage with members of the business to support recruiting initiatives.
• Organise and lead recruitment events.
• Plan interview schedules and facilitate assessment centres.
• Compile data and analyse campus trends.
• Idntify various opportunities and develop new ideas that will contribute to innovating the Campus offering.
