Vodafone Summer Internship – Organization Effectiveness

Job Description:

The Senior Specialist: Organisation Effectiveness and Change will effectively manage the delivery of the organization effectiveness activities demonstrating a sound understanding of organization design, workforce planning/budgeting and analysis to enable shape our people strategy across Vodacom Africa footprint.

Job Requirements:

• 3yr Degree/Diploma in (BA, BCom or other relevant qualification) (essential).
• MBA from a leading business school (desirable)
• Operating Model Design expertise
• Exposure to restructuring and transformation projects
• Experience in driving large scale transformation programmes
• 5-8 years experience in OE and Design (with at least 2 years at supervisory level) (essential).
• 3yr Degree/Diploma in (BA, BCom or other relevant qualification) (essential).
• MBA from a leading business school (desirable)
• Operating Model Design expertise
