Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure you consistently deliver a first class experience to all our customers. Keeping updated on new products and services to be able to advise our customers accordingly
  • Take ownership of your customer’s queries or needs, dealing with them in a positive manner to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion
  • Be an ambassador for the Vodafone brand
  • We are obsessed with our customers! You must have the ability to take ownership of your customer’s experience and issues to achieve a positive outcome
  • Flexibility on working hours due to the opening and closing times of our stores
  • You are a strong communicator with the ability to tailor your style depending on the audience
  • You are self-motivated, outgoing and energetic
  • You enjoy working on your own and as part of your wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and important metrics
