Job Description: Supervision of loaders, correct despatching of bread into trucks and accurate count of stock receipt and sock on floor. Job Responsibilities: Must accurately count, transfer or accept bread stock when doing shift change over between clerks. Accurate verification of orders loaded on trucks(routes and allocated trucks must match) Ensure that loading of trucks is prioritized according to departure times.
