The Scrum Master will represent their scrum team in the Scrum of Scrums – providing updates and blockers to the leads and business representatives. Showcase demonstrated evidence of playing Scrum Master role on a real IT Project environment Would be responsible for the management of the day to day ceremonies and progress of one or multiple scrum teams Scrum master certification through a recognized training provider Understand overall Project Management processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices Understand incremental delivery and use Market Standard Metrics to track progress against the intended time-line. The candidate would leverage Market Standard techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise Manage daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, remove impediments, facilitate scope planning, ticket allocation, tracking progress, stakeholder engagement, release planning and any other general day to day activities (like resource allocation) for the scrum team. the candidate will assist/coach in guiding the team through Agile/Scrum best practices and values, also working with the team to improve velocity and maintain a steady delivery rate.
