Job Description: This individual is responsible for assisting the Medical Device Management (“MDM”) team with the implementation of supplier agreements in the custom contracting area. He/she will be responsible for facilitating custom purchasing agreements, pricing agreements and amendments assigned to the Medical Device Management team. Job Responsibilities: Maintain contract tracker(s) Facilitate the development, coordination, negotiation, finalization and implementation of pricing agreements and amendments for physician preference items Negotiate custom contracts with suppliers for specific members that have engaged MDM team Work with Legal Department to evaluate and determine appropriateness of contract terms and conditions Attend implementation meetings with other departments within the organization Complete special assignments as assigned by Senior Manager Job Requirements: Possesses good organizational and task oriented capabilities Possesses developed interpersonal skills to work in a fast paced team environment Ability to communicate clearly and effectively General knowledge of healthcare operations and medical device industry issues Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Demonstrates strong attention to detail At least 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry strongly desired Maintains confidentiality Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred Experience negotiating contracts preferred Job Details: Company: HCA Healthcare Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Nashville, TN, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here jobstrivia.net
