Job Description:

SBV seeks a Risk Monitoring Centre Manager to be responsible for the daily management of the RMC function by delivering both an effective and efficient monitoring service of the SBV fleet and providing OTC’s within the agreed time frames.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify gaps and security risks through system reporting which is forwarded to Centre Management / IT Security department / Risk department
• Receive and verify the incident report from the RMC Supervisor and provide Line management with feedback daily
• Provide a consolidated monthly SOP transgression report to the Loss Prevention Department with action items to close gaps
• Conduct bi-annual audits and report on the findings
• Escalate any IT or Service Provider failures, errors or updates and escalate any system concerns to the External Investigations Manager
• Remote activation of vaults in an emergency by providing support to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide remote assistance after hours when required to do so
• Oversee the administration of all systems within the RMC
• Make recommendations on any changes or improvements on SOPS or policies
• Collaborate and assist with investigations following an incident
• Maintain the Asset register for the RMC department and procure equipment when required

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years CIT Management experience:
• 3-5 years’ experience managing a team
• 3 years supervisory experience within a national command control room
  (Beneficial to have police background)
• Diploma in Risk Management or related qualification
• Advanced MS Office Skills
• PSIRA registered – grade A
• Report writing and presentations skills
