Job Description:

Sappi Southern Africa is looking for a Digital Learning Experience Designer to continuously improve the learner experience and time to competence, by creating interactive and engaging learning experiences using e-learning, videos, games and other mechanisms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define business outcomes that need to be achieved through the learning.
• Design the learning experience with a focus on digital
• Promote digital learning
• Develop performance support tools
• Support Learning Management System (Cornerstone) maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Education and Training
• Experience in designing technical (engineering/manufacturing) learning content
• Certified Digital Learning Professional
• Qualification in Instructional Design
