Job Description:

Our Group Creative Lead will be responsible for managing and conceptualizing the creative output, often including staff supervision and production. Their core responsibility is to determine the best way to represent an idea online and produce high-level concepts for design projects, across every digital platform. They require knowledge of the latest technological trends, the ability to use metrics to shape digital strategy, and have the ability to craft unique online user experiences. The volume and speed of real-time content production requires a radically different mindset to that of a traditional Creative Director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design across multiple channels
• Translate briefs and strategic requirements into compelling creative solutions
• Mock-up creative ideas
• Define the creative vision and strategy for the client account
• Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list
• Work with other disciplines within the Agency to ensure cohesive team integration and alignment with broader business objectives
• Mentor and be accountable for the creative team on the client account
• Generate ideas and pitch them to clients and other members of the team
• Define the aesthetic of overall campaigns
• Ensure that the creative function operates in an efficient and profitable manner

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in an ECD role within an Agency environment
• Experience on retail accounts highly advantageous
• Impeccable time management skills
• Effective problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail
• In-depth understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing, and emerging technologies and platforms
• At least 10 years relevant experience in a digital advertising/creative agency
• Proactive and have a good understanding of how to run a campaign and push process in order to meet the objectives of the brief
• Strong understanding of best practise interaction and visual design principles
• Must be able to work under extreme pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
• Relevant Digital/Visual/Communication degree or diploma
