Our team are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Executive to join our Baking Business Unit as OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE: MILLING at our Pretoria Mill.

In this role the Operations Executive will develop and implement the Milling Operations as well as Supply Planning, Warehousing & Distribution and Customer service strategy. The incumbent will take ownership of the entire site as a single responsible point of contact for performance with respect to people leadership, process, operating costs and systems.

They will also drive world class customer service levels through efficient operational performance aligned with front-end requirements as well as continuous improvement in production efficiencies, supply planning, warehousing & distribution as well as customer service, including fleet and depot management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree, preferably in Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain
• A Grain Milling Federation Qualification.
• At least 15 years’ business experience, preferably in a similar operational environment, of which 5 years must have been spent in a senior management role with Customer Service, Warehousing & Distribution, Supply Planning, Inventory management and strategic aspects
